To register, please follow these directions:
Register for the 2022 annual conference using the information below:
Select all items you want to register for and add them to your cart. We are using the secure Square system for online payments.
- Be sure to select the Annual Conference Registration option first; it is a required base fee.
Then select and add to your cart all of the options you wish to participate in. Click Continue Shopping to add additional items.
- When all items have been added to your cart, click check out and complete payment information.
- When online registration is completed, please download and fill out this form and email it to jamessandersday@gmail.com or mail it to:
